For Services are being solicited under NIGP code 990-42 Fire Alarm and Safety Services, Including Installation of Equipment. The State reserves the right to make an award on the basis of low line item bid, low total of line items, or in any other combination that will serve the best interest of the State and to reject any and all bid items in the sole discretion of the State. HHSC/PCS reserves the right to reject any or all responses. All responses become property of HHSC/ PCS. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
