Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mamakating, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of January 12, 2021, the project has not yet been awarded. This bid will be discussed on the 19th of January 2021 Board meeting. The work, to be constructed in 2021 construction season, includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in there specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: construction of a 1.5 mile(8,000 linear feet) ADA compliant pedestrian and bicycle trail, a new 11'-5"x7'-3" corrugated metal pipe arch culvert to cross the unnamed creek near the Town of Mamakating municipal building. Tree clearing will be completed by others prior to March 31,2021 but stumps and other miscellaneous vegetation will need to be removed by the Contractor. The work will commence and be substantially completed 100 calendar days from Notice to Proceed and completed and ready for final payment on 06/15/2021 Town of Mamakating and Village of Wurtsboro. The projects limits extend from Ferguson Lane to the Town of Mamakating municipal building along the D&H Canal towpath. Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5%
