Remodeling of an educational facility in Gresham, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Mt. Hood Community College seeks responses from qualified bidders to construct interior upgrades to three (3) restrooms in the Applied Tech Building at our Gresham Campus. Direct all questions regarding this ITB to: Mejdi Mahjoub, Purchasing Agent 503-491-6085, Mejdi.Mahjoub@mhcc.edu A Bid Security in the form of a Bid bond as per Section 7 - Form of Bid Bond, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, certified check, or cashier's check for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the submitted Bid, payable to Mt. Hood Community College shall accompany each Bid exceeding $100,000, as per Section 3, 1.02, C. Successful Bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with MHCC as per Section 10 Agreement Form and obtain and maintain insurance and bonding as per Section 11 Performance Bond, Section 12 Labor and Materials Payment Bond, and Section Agreement Form. Successful Bidder shall obtain payment bond and performance bond issued by a surety which is authorized to transact surety business in the State of Oregon and which has an A.M. Best "A" or better rating. MHCC reserves To reject all bids.
