The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for the reconstruction of two roadside ponds and associated pipes, drainage structures, riprap for ditch lining. The work also includes guardrail replacement at two separate locations and replacing electrical connections for roadway lighting It is the intent of the Contract Documents to provide for the construction and completion of every detail of the Work described in the Contract Documents. Any labor, documentation, services, Materials, or Equipment that may be reasonably inferred from the Contract Documents or from prevailing custom or trade usage as being required to produce the intended result shall be provided whether or not specifically called for, at no additional cost to CFX. Upon execution of the Contract, written communication associated with the Contract may be conducted using a paperless electronic means. When the Specifications require a submission of documentation, such documents may be submitted and exchanged electronically. Documents requiring a signature may be executed electronically by both parties in accordance with Chapter 668, Florida Statutes, and have the same force and effect as a written signature. All persons requiring access to any collaboration sites shall be identified during the preconstruction conference and instructions for access to this site will be discussed and documented in the minutes. Persons may be added or removed during the life of the Contract on an as needed basis. All signatories executing documents electronically must acquire digital signature certificates.
