Each employee must exhibit the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and fairness when engaging in any activity concerning the school system, particularly in relationships with vendors, suppliers, the public and other employees. Employees shall perform their jobs in a competent and ethical manner without violating the public trust or applicable law, policies, and regulations. WCPSS objects to and reserves the right to reject any additional terms and conditions submitted with an Offeror's response. This applies to any language appearing in or attached to the document as part of the Offeror's response. By execution and delivery of this Request for Proposal and response(s), the Offeror agrees that any additional terms and conditions, whether submitted purposely or inadvertently, shall have no force or effect, unless specifically accepted in writing by WCPSS. The Offeror shall identify on a separate document any additional terms and conditions that are submitted with the Offeror's response. A contract generally intended to cover all normal requirements for a commodity for a specified period of time based on estimated quantities only. A contract for the purchase of a commodity not covered by a term contract.
