Site work for a water / sewer project in Williamsburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, hereinafter referred to as the "Agency", is seeking one qualified vendor, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", to provide the following services: installation/replacement of two grinder pumps at the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation's Central Support Complex. The Contractor shall provide all tools, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, transportation and any other incidentals necessary for pump removal, installation, testing for full operation and proper disposal of removed pumps. The described work shall be started on or about September 8, 2020 and completed ASAP with no delay once the project has started. Work may be done from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. In any event, the project manager must be given notification of the anticipated work schedule in advance so that arrangements can be made with the agency security departments. After award, services shall be completed by September 10, 2020 1. The Contractor shall provide all tools, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, transportation and any other incidentals necessary for pump removal, installation, testing for full operation and proper disposal of removed pumps Contractor personnel shall be properly trained and qualified for work of this type. The Agency reserves the right to refuse to accept services from any personnel deemed by Agency to be unqualified, disorderly or otherwise unable to perform assigned work.
