TIMELINE: The owner has awarded the Request For Proposals from pre-qualified consultants for engineering services. The awarded engineer will provide; Ground Survey, Intersection Counts, Development Of Right Of Way Plans, Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) Review, Operational Review, Safety Review, Third Party Design Review, Preliminary Engineering, Detailed Design and Tender Preparation, Construction Supervision, Quality Assurance, Warranty Inspection And General Engineering Support. The Consultant will provide the required engineering and technical services for various tasks associated with input into scoping documents, developer designed and constructed improvements, Safety/ Operational reviews, design and tender of construction projects and other engineering tasks as required by the Project Sponsor. The pre-qualified proponents were: Eagle Engineering Corp., ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd., and Urban Systems Ltd. *The maximum value of the engineering contract is set at $2,000,000.
