The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: Approximately 1700 feet of street resurfacing with non-reinforced concrete on Heather Lane and Laurel Lane between High Street and Barberry Drive in the City of Jackson, Michigan. Major items include: HMA Surface, Rem, Modified = 6,524 syd; Road Grading, Special = 16.8 sta; Aggregate Base, 8 inch, 21AA = 6,524 syd; Conc Pavt, Nonreinf, 8 inch = 6,524 syd; Concrete, Low Temperature Protection, Modified = 1,671 cyd. No prebid will be held. Contractor's can direct their questions to Shelly Allard at sallard@cityofjackson.org. Bids are to be submitted via email to sallard@cityofjackson.org. Original bid documents are to sent via USPS for delivery after the bid opening. Bids will be opened at 10:00 PM. A Zoom meeting invitation will be sent to the email that has submitted your bid. Bidders will be required to meet the City of Jackson's prequalification requirements prior to bid opening. Bidders must be prequalified for Streets (A).
