Site work and paving for a civil project in Huntington, West Virginia. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Attendance is mandatory for the following contractors: Plumbing Contractors. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend, their Bid will be disqualified. All technical questions must be submitted in writing to Angela White Negley via email at negley4@marshall.edu by 9:00 a.m., LPT on, October 10, 2020. Marshall University reserves the right to reject any/all bids. Any work performed or any materials contracted for prior to the receipt of the Owner's written Notice to Proceed, shall be at the Bidder's risk.
