Remove existing interior mounted motorized roll up bay doors and hardware consisting of eight (8) 16 foot x 16 foot and two (2) 12 foot by 16 foot doors and replace with eight (8) new 16 foot x 16 foot and two (2) new 12 foot x 16 foot vertical folding exterior mount doors (including hardware, tracks, electrical, etc.) in accordance with Attachment A Statement of Work of the Sample Public Improvement Agreement. Each Offer must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, or Bid Bond, payable to the OMD in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Offer. The successful Offeror must furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the total amount (100%) of the awarded Contract, executed in favor of the State of Oregon, to ensure faithful performance of the Contract and payment for services and goods. The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes only: $300,000 to $380,000. PROJECT START DATE: 15 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: 105 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed FINAL COMPLETION: 120 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The State reserves the right to request the documentation supporting Contractor's certification. Contractor's compliance with this section is a material term of this Contract, and Contractor's failure to comply constitutes a breach entitling Agency to terminate this Contract for cause. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
