**As of November 4, 2020, the project has been awarded to Lanzo Construction Co. but award amount was not confirmed. The City of Boca Raton intends to install approximately 6,000 linear feet of water main and 2,700 linear feet of force main ranging in size from 4" to 16" along SW 12th Avenue between Camino Real and Palmetto Park Road. Included with the water main replacement is abandonment of existing water mains, installation and reconnection of meters and service lines (on both public and private property), as well as additional civil upgrades including roadway, sidewalk, stormwater, and landscape improvements. The additional civil improvements are intended to enhance SW 12th Avenue in coordination with the school modernization project at Addison Mizner Elementary School. Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for all scope components are required for a complete and operating system. Maintenance of water service and coordination with operations are required. All work shall comply with Contract Documents and permit conditions, and include all ancillary components, testing and restoration work, as necessary. Installation of approximately 5,760 linear feet of water mains and 2,510 linear feet of force mains within road rights-of-way to replace existing mains. Roadway, stormwater, and right-of-way improvements including removal and replacement of existing pathways, stormwater improvements, milling and resurfacing of the roadways, new signage and pavement markings and other improvements as indicated on the plans.
