No waivers for prequalification will be granted and the UA Master List for general contractors, Prime Demolition Contractors, and Implosion Subcontractors is not applicable for this project. Pre-qualification is also required for Abatement Subcontractors, and Sitework Subcontractors. The UA Masterlist will apply to Abatement and Sitework/Utility subcontractors. Abate and Demolish the 13-floor 270,225sf building and haul off the debris. All concrete to go to Kicker Road for crushing. Undercutting will be required for removing unsuitable soils for concrete pavement and future construction needs. Proposed Budget: $4,025,000.00
