Bid amount received $1,465,927.88 The CMGC ReWork project consists of the interior renovation of several spaces inside the CMGC building to allow for a new office furniture layout. The scope includes but is not limited to selective interior demolition, general construction, and electrical work. There will be minor mechanical, plumbing work, fire suppression and alarm work as necessary to upfit the space for its new furniture. Interior renovations are limited to the 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 12th and 14th floors. The scope of work also includes the replacement of lavatory faucets, toilet flush valves and urinal flush valves at restrooms on all building floors (1st through 15th, plus the basement). The estimated cost of this Project is between $2,000,000 and $2,100,000 Special Requirements: The project is funded by a federal grant.
