Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Ste-Catherine-de-la-J-Cartier, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a 138,084-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Construction of a new high school of 12,905 sq m to accommodate 928 students in 25 classrooms. Project # 526050. TIMELINE: Contract for commissioning consulting services has been awarded to Martin Roy et Associés (MRA) following request for proposals # 44537976. Reference # 20011975. Contracts for structural and civil engineering services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance have been awarded to the consortium of CIMA+ GBI. Contracts for architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance have been awarded. Project is dependent on funding approvals. Tender and construction schedules will be established once government approvals are in place. Further update in late 2025.
