Renovation of a municipal facility in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of October 2, 2020, the award information has not been disclosed. Project scope entails a complete renovation of four (4) separate restrooms to bring spaces up to ADA compliancy. Phasing as indicated in the drawing set will need to be taken in consideration and coordinated with the Township's requirements. All work for the complete construction of the project will be under a single prime contract with the Owner based on bids received and awarded. The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 24 CFR part 85.36(i), the Davis-Bacon Act.
