Renovation of an educational facility in Alhambra, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Per Elizabeth Roman "The District is not rebidding the project as indicated. The scope will be revised and the work will likely be done as part of larger projects/modernizations at a later date." **As of March 8th, 2021 this project was not awarded and there is no timeline currently for a rebid. The Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to provide Site-wide Public Address, Clocks, Video Surveillance, and IT System Upgrades at LIFT NORTH, GARFIELD, GRANADA, & MARGUERITA Elementary Schools. Various locations include new wall-mount fan coil with condensing units. The Contract Time is one-hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days to complete all scope at the school site(s). Request for Information and Substitutions: Pre-Bid Clarifications (RFI's) and Request for Substitutions regarding this Invitation for Bid must be received in writing to Elizabeth Roman at bids@ausd.us by 10:00 AM on September 14, 2020. Responses will be issued by 5:00 PM on September 18, 2020 via email and/or website posting. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening. Bids will not be accepted if a Contractor has not been prequalified where prequalification is required.
