Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This is the 2019-2020 Traffic Signal Upgrade - Mill Levy Package 23 & Mill Levy Package 14 Project. The overall objective of this project is the reconstruction five (5) traffic signals and install new one (1) within the City and County of Denver - total six (6) traffic signals. The locations of these traffic signals are at the following intersections: 1.) E. Nassau Ave. & S. Yosemite St 2.) E. Mansfield Ave. & S. Yosemite St. 3.) E. Kenyon Ave. & S. Yosemite St. (new signal) 4.) E. Jefferson Ave. & S. Yosemite St. 5.) Downing & Yale and 6.) Downing & Evans. In addition to the traffic signal upgrades, there will be improvements made to curb ramps, sidewalk, curb and gutters, curb returns, and damaged sidewalks, and curb and gutter at each intersection for enhanced pedestrian access. Ramp improvements will be constructed to current CCD standards and specifications. In addition, there are existing storm sewer inlets and manholes at the intersections require relocation or resetting. Prequalification Required : Y Estimated Value : Between $2,200,000.00 and $2,700,000.00 Prequalification is required in category 1D(1) - Traffic Signals, Lighting and ITS at or above the $3,000,000 monetary level.
