Renovation of an educational facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,000-square-foot educational facility.
**As of November 5, 2020, project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed. The overall project schedule is:Start Work- January 2021 Completion- August 2021 All proposers shall take this duration into account and provide adequate manpower. The regular work week shall be Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:30 pm. Removal of the school's exterior veneer and rebuild of the exterior veneer with new brick, stone, windows, and storefronts. The SOW involves, but is not limited to (1) Temp. Protection, (2) Selective Demolition, (3) Brick/ Stone/Cast Stone Masonry, (4) Struct. Steel/Misc. Lintels, (5) CFMF/Drywall/Sheathing/Rough Blocking, (6) Plastic Laminate Sills, (7) Waterproof./Flashing/Caulk., (8) Mtl. Roof./Gutters/Downspouts/ Downspout Boots, (9) HM Drs/Frms/Hardware, (10) Glazing, (11) Louvers, (12) Painting, (13) Signage, (14) HVAC, (15) Electrical, (16) Concrete Sidewalks, and (17) Landscape Regrading and Revegetation. Pre-Bid Site Walk Thru: Will be scheduled at a later date. Subcontractors will be notified of the time and place
