Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
As of August 31, 2021, construction is underway. Formal bids will be taken for the Brookwood at Antioch project located at 2620 NE 43rd Street, Kansas City, MO. Work consists of new wood frame construction of (4) 2-story Townhome Buildings, (2) 2-story Flats Buildings, and the rehab and addition of a Community Center. The work includes extensive site work including grading, landscape, hardscape, and parking. This project has certified WBE/MBE/Section 3 goals and will be TAX EXEMPT. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage requirements apply. Straub Construction Company, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
