Per the owner, as of November 29, 2022, an award has been made for this solicitation. The owner states that this project has not yet gone out for bids and they do not have a final schedule for the bidding process or construction at this time. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .................. The Santa Cruz Water Department (City) is soliciting proposals for design engineering services to replace an existing 25,083 feet of the Newell Creek Pipeline from Felton Booster Pump Station to Graham Hill Road (Felton/Graham Hill) with a new 23,745 feet pipeline in a new alignment. Engineering and design services include field investigation (topographic survey and geotechnical investigation), preliminary and final designs, and bidding documents, and project management services during design. Please note that all questions pertaining to this RFP must be provided in written format and submitted by or before September 11, 2020. The Water Department will collect all comments and provide written responses back to all recipients. The Water Department, at its sole discretion, reserves the following rights To reject any or all proposals or information received pursuant to this RFP. Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this point of time.
