Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: General Construction Contract (Wicks Exempt) D005753 $50,000.00 (Bid Security Amount) Fifty Thousand Dollars The scope of work for ADA Enhancements at FDR Four Freedoms State Park includes, installation of new incline lift on existing great stair as per plans and specifications, replacement of existing stabilized pathways at the tree allees, including protection of existing trees and drainage improvements as per plans and specifications. The completion date for this project is 185 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. Project Specific Liquidated Damages GC Contract = $1,500.00 per day The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. All RFI are due by: 1:00 PM on September 10, 2020
