The completion date for this project is 185 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. Project Specific Liquidated Damages GC Contract = $1,500.00 per day The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. All RFI are due by: 1:00 PM on September 10, 2020
