Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Laredo, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a recreation facility.

As of May 8, 2023, the project is in design development phases and requires board approval. A firm construction schedule has not been established. Notice is hereby given that Webb County is seeking formal requests for qualifications (RFQ) for civil engineering services from a licensed professional engineer including but not limited to on-site and off-site planning, site grading design, storm water drainage planning, sanitary sewer drainage planning, utilities planning & coordination, and general civil engineering services, as well as collaborating with the selected architectural design firm, the construction manager at risk, and the owners representative for the construction, renovation, and modernization of the Webb County Fairgrounds Project located on the north side of US Highway 59 near Casa Blanca State Park. This solicitation will comply with the Texas Government Code, Section 2254, Sub-Chapter A (Professional Services) & B (Consulting Services). *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time. Interested subcontractors should contact the general contractor directly for more information.
