Renovation of an educational facility in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Complete reroof by removing existing mechanically attached PVC roof membrane, use existing insulation (some repairs may be needed) and install new mechanically attached 60 mill PVC membrane roof system, sheet metal flashings and trim with a 20 year warranty. Provide an Alternate to upgrade new roof system to 80 mill PVC membrane roof system with 30 year warranty. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
