Site Demolition: Demolish Portion of Existing Site Concrete and Asphalt Paving, Existing Metal Fence, and Parking Spaces in Area of Work. 2. Building Demolition: Complete Demolition of Interior Existing Theater Except for Electrical Room. Interior Side of Exterior Walls to be Taken Down to Bare Stud. All Structural Elements to be Protected During Demolition. Existing Windows, Large Abandoned Roof Vet, and Theater Sign to be Removed. 3. New Construction: Complete Interior Renovation of Existing Theater. An Addition of New Exterior Canopy, if Add Alternate #1 Included. 4. Site Improvements: Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving, Landscape Areas (Plants & Irrigation), Utilities (Electrical, Storm, Fire, Sewer, and Water). 5. SELECTIVE ABATEMENT AND DEMOLITION AS PER: - The Contract Documents - Appendix B: Pre-Renovation Hazardous Materials Survey by Vista Environmental Consulting dated February 28, 2020. 6. The Engineer’s Estimate for this Project is $2,500,000.
