Site work and paving for a civil project in Newport, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work for which bids are asked includes the following: RCP Storm Sewer - 34LF (24-inch) HDPE Storm Sewer - 206LF (12-inch) HDPE Draintile - 450 LF (12-inch) with Coarse Filter Aggregate Precast Concrete Drainage Structures (8EA) Dewatering Association pavement, curb and boulevard restoration. The anticipated substantial completion date is 11/02/2020 and final completion date is 06/30/2021. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. No bid may be withdraw within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
