The two projects are: 1) overseeing the design and construction of a new Maintenance Facility, and 2) overseeing the design and construction of a new Outdoor Pool Complex. The Town has a total appropriation of up to $2.2 million for the design and construction of the Maintenance Facility. The Town has an initial appropriation of up to $500,000 for the design of the Outdoor Pool Complex; funding for construction of the Outdoor Pool Complex is contingent on Town Meeting approval. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications and to accept any qualifications that it considers to be in the best interests of the Town. The project is being designed by A. Kearney Architects. As of June 2022, the project is in design and under Planning Board review for site plan approval. Contractor bidding is expected to commence in July 2022.
