Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lakeland, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The City of Lakeland (Owner) is seeking a qualified contractor to remove, disassemble, clean, inspect, overhaul, and reinstall one (1) circulating water pump. Also included will be the removal and reinstallation of the motor, all transportation, and documentation of findings. The contractor shall also provide any incidental work or materials not specifically detailed but required to perform the work that is described by this specifications. The work shall include, without limitation all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, cranes, transportation tractor/trailers and rigging required for the removal, transportation to and from the contractors shop, disassembly, inspection and documentation of required and recommended repairs. The bids submitted and the purchase order if awarded shall be in complete accordance with, without limitation, this invitation to bid, specifications, all codes, requirements and regualtions referenced. Bid Documents are Required for Submittal. Questions regarding this request for proposal should be in writing and should reference the bid number. Note: Only Those Qualified Contractors in attendance shall be Eligible to Bid.
