Site work for a mixed-use development in Kitimat, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The works to be constructed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: Nechako Walkways - Grebe Park Excavate and remove approximately 1100 m2 of walkway and base material; Excavate and remove miscellaneous items including concrete curbs, asphalt, sod, topsoil, culverts, catch basin; Reconstruct approximately 1100 m2 of new walkway including base, sub-base and sub-base reinforcement; Installation of miscellaneous items including curbs, asphalt paving, ditching/re-grading, landscaping, ditch inlets, catch basins, manhole and storm main caps. Installation of approximately 65 m of 200/300 diameter PVC storm leads Award subject to final approval.
