Renovation of a municipal facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
* No Award. Future of project undetermined at this time. Replace the card access system: 1. Card access control hardware for 13 doors. 2. Door controllers are to be PoE (Powered over Ethernet) 3. The project includes a new computer for programming and monitoring the card access system, which also allows remote access and includes a local reader for card scanning. 4. Provide 20 cards (a card may be substituted for a key fobs). 5. Recycle legacy electronics as per https://www.recyclemyelectronics.ca/sk/ guidelines. Provide certificate or proof of drop off at certified Saskatchewan Electronic recycling center. Most construction work is to be performed after regular business hours. Noninterference visits and material delivery can be performed during business hours after coordination with maintenance Staff. Tie-ins to be coordinated. The building can never be left unsecured overnight. Once new system is fully operational proceed to remove old system. The systems must be installed by a local vendor, trained and certified by the manufacturer and capable of performing maintenance after the installation.
