The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for PANG Life Station Upgrades for the benefit of Oregon Military Department ("OMD"). The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The lift station, in vicinity of the NE corner of building 310, is overdue for a significant improvement to the system. These upgrades include: replacement of two sewage pump assemblies, the replacement of associated electrical power equipment, the replacement of associated controls equipment, the replacement of associated pump assembly lifting assemblies, the installation of a separate control panel for the replacement pumps, and the installation of an emergency valve in the valve vault.
