The Project consists of replacement of existing drinking water treatment facility components. The project is funded through USDA's Rural Development RUS Loan and Grant Program, as well as Minnesota's Public Facilities Authority Water Infrastructure Fund. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bidding Documents also may be examined at online; the office of the Barrett City Clerk/Treasurer at 310 Second Street, Barrett, MN Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (call ahead to make accommodations); or may be purchased online at electronically for $40. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
