The Preliminary Cost Estimate is provided for reference purposes only. Bidders must independently evaluate Project requirements and propose a price for completing Project construction and other obligations under the Contract Documents based on each Bidder's independent evaluation. Bidders must submit Pre-Bid inquiries or clarification requests through the PlanetBids portal. PreBid questions or clarification requests musts be submitted no later than January 25, 2023 at 5:00 PM. The District will not respond to any Bidder inquiries or clarification requests submitted after such date/time. District responses to Bidder inquiries or clarification requests will be not be directly distributed to Bidders; District responses will be communicated to Bidders by posting on the online portal.
