Furnish and Deliver Landfill Soil Cover Material for the Monmouth County Division of Reclamation Center and Monmouth County Belford Landfill for the Period January 1, 2021 Through December 31, 2021 Notices of revisions or addenda will also be published in an official County newspaper and copies of the addenda will be provided to prospective bidders in writing by certified mail or by certified facsimile transmission or by a delivery service. N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23(c)(1). In addition to the notices, the actual revisions or addenda will also be posted Bids must be made on standard RFB forms in the manner designated and required by the specifications; enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder, designating the name of the bid on the outside, addressed to the Director of Purchasing Bids must be accompanied by an original consent of surety in which the surety company agrees to post a Contract Bond or, if permitted in the General Conditions, a Performance Bond only, for 100% of the contract amount, if the contract is awarded to its principal. A further guaranty (surety) accompanying all bids shall be given in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) made payable to the Treasurer of the County of Monmouth given in the form of a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or original Bid Bond from a reputable insurance company. THIS 10% GUARANTY IS MANDATORY The goods and/or services are on-call if and when needed throughout the duration of the contract term. The quantities bid are estimates and the County reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, using unit prices, by up to a maximum of 100%. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:30-11.1 et seq., orders placed within the minimum and maximum number of units shall not be considered a change order. The County may terminate the contract whenever the amount incurred under the contract exceeds the maximum number of units. The Contractor will be required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 (AntiDiscrimination in Employment), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq. (Equal Employment Opportunity), 42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq. (Americans with Disabilities Act), N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 et seq. and (New Jersey Business Registration).
