Site work and paving for a road / highway in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Bidder must submit bid, performance and payment bonds. County will pay for this contract by check method and will be a Lump Sum bid. The scope of work for the Base Bid (CR 67, CR, 69, CR 77 & Bauer Road) includes demolition of existing roadway (where applicable). New work will include subgrade preparation, installation of geogrid, limestone base material, prime coat and HMAC pavement, along with drainage improvements. The scope of work for the Additive Bid No. 1 (CR 67) includes asphalt repairs, reinforced concrete and corrugated metal pipe culvert cleaning, seeding and roadside ditch improvements along County Road 67. The scope of work for the Additive Bid No. 2 (CR 69) includes driveway excavation, driveway paving, roadside ditch improvements and seeding along County Road 69. The scope of work for the Additive Bid No. 3 (Bauer Road) includes driveway excavation, driveway paving, reinforced concrete and corrugated metal pipe culvert cleaning, roadside ditch improvements and seeding along Bauer Road. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked showing the Project Name and Bid Number for which the Bid is intended, and the name and address of the Bidder. All forms in Bid Packet are to be completed and returned with Bid Response Form, with exception of Performance and Payment Bonds, and Agreement.
