Site work and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work includes but not limited to: Ground Storage Tank No. 1: Remove and install new self-supporting steel umbrella roof with roof vent, roof hatches, non-skid roof coating, roof handrail, interior access ladder and all appurtenances. Replace 10" overflow and drain with 16" overflow and drain. Install 16-inch surface water fill line, seal perimeter of ground storage tank joint to ringwall foundation. Power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat existing Ground Storage Tank No. 1 (55' DIA X 24' Height). Remove and install new cathodic protection. Ground Storage Tank No. 2: Remove and install new existing center roof vent, interior access ladder, roof hatches and the 6 screens from the existing perimeter roof vent openings. Install 16-inch surface water fill line, seal perimeter of ground storage tank joint to ringwall foundation. Power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat existing Ground Storage Tank No. 2 (55' DIA X 24' Height) and install non-skid roof coating with roof handrail. Remove and install new cathodic protection. Site Work: Power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat exterior wall surfaces of LAS building, generator enclosure and all above ground existing piping and associated appurtenances. Install Komax Triple Action Pipe Mixer to Well No. 1. Complete in place. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
