Site work for a water / sewer project in Lincolnton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of supplying, installation, startup and related construction services associated with the Hoyle Creek Partial Force Main Replacement as summarized below: 1.Installation of Replacement Force Main: o Install approximately 1,500 LF of DIP force main from the existing force main station 5+00 to station 20+00. o Install proposed force main parallel to existing force main, approximately 2' - 3' off the existing force main, further from the roadway. o Relocate existing ARV at station 11+50 to the new force main. Construct new manhole to accommodate the relocated ARV. o By-pass pumping should not be required; the force main connections will be scheduled when influent flows to the pump station are minimal. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price contract, with alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. There will be no pre-bid conference. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Lincoln County reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to cancel the Bid Process at any time. **As of November 2, 2020 Project has been awarded. Exact awarded amount is $131,456.78.**
