Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ottawa, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of November 4,2020 the Killough Construction was awarded the contract as the lowest bidder amount of $219,568.70. The Project consists of removing and replacing stormwater pipe and asphalt. The following are an approximate major quantities of work: 1. Asphalt Removal and Replacement 730 Square Yards 2. 48" HP Stormwater Pipe 394 Linear Feet 3. 36" HP Stormwater Pipe 197 Linear Feet Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
