Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a 85,000-square-foot, six-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

L.F. Driscoll Company, LLC is the Construction Manager for the James Building Replacement Project in State College, Pennsylvania. The existing James Building located at 123 S Burrowes Street will be demolished, and a new 6-story, 85,000 SF building with one level of below grade parking will be constructed in its place. The new James Building will serve as an innovation and technology hub for the University. As of January 11th, 2021 a contractor has not been awarded this portion of the project yet.
