Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Felton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
This project consists of the replacement of an existing bridge over a tributary to the North Branch Muddy Creek. The SR 2079-005 proposed structure will be a 27 ft. x 6 ft. precast concrete box culvert. The proposed roadway section will consist of two 11' lanes and 4' wide shoulders within the limits of work, all as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package for STATE ROUTE 2079, SECTION 005, in YORK COUNTY, FELTON BOROUGH. The project is located just south of Rippling Run Road from Segment 0100 Offset 1805 to Segment 0110 Offset 0031.
