Construction of the project generally consisting of the construction of two (2) rain gardens located in Kingston Borough and Plains Township, Luzerne County, PA. Bids shall be provided as a lump sum price. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of Bidders maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, and include forms, qualification statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in the Bidding Documents. Bidders attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum wages and salaries in accordance with PA prevailing wages shall apply to this project. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
