Site work for a civil project in Palm Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the conversion of five (5) separate existing septic systems to be abandoned and connected to a new gravity sewer system. This includes the Scout pavilions, dog park, the baseball fields, the softball fields and the soccer fields. Approximately 3,336 lf of sewer line will be installed and connected to an existing and a proposed lift station for pumping into the existing force main that connects to the City of Palm Bay sewer system. The public record of the preliminary bid results as read at the public opening can also be requested by calling 321-952-3424 or emailing procurement@pbfl.org. The CONTRACTOR recognizes that TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. The Contract Time shall commence on the date set forth in a Notice to Proceed issued by the City to the Contractor. The Work shall be: Substantially Completed within One hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided for in the Notice to Proceed, and Finally completed on the Final Completion Date and ready for final payment in accordance with this Agreement within one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in the Notice to Proceed.
