Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Elwood, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
All vendors must be licensed to perform demolition work in the City of Elwood, Madison County, Indiana. A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond will also be required of the successful Bidder. The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Removal of unsafe structure(s) in the City of Elwood, Indiana The participation goal for Minority/Women/Veteran Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE/VBE) for this contract is 10%. Bidders are Strongly Encouraged to consider local contractors/subcontractors where feasible in preparation of their bids. The City of Elwood is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
