Contractor Awarded Address: Albuquerque, NM 87113 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $94,365.98 This is a small business set-aside Requisition/Purchase Request No: 21-20-290PMW220 The USCG, Base New Orleans, has a requirement to obtain required services for repair and restore to full operating capacity two Trane RTAC 140 Ton chiller units, and replacement of the Trane 7.5 ton split unit for the D8 Server room at US Coast Guard Base New Orleans, 1790 Saturn St, New Orleans, LA 70129 NAICS: 238220 Small business size standard: $16.5M Evaluation Process: Lowest Price The Government will award a contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the responsible offerer whose offer conforming to the RFQ is the Lowest Price. If it is found to be acceptable, an award will be made. If it is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest price will be evaluated. This process will continue until a technically acceptable offer is identified; not all offers will be evaluated. System for Award Management (b) (1) An Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer or quotation, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation. Technical proposals must include: (1) Construction Schedule. (2) Past performance history (current or within the last 18 months) on projects similar in scope and nature, with specific references (including project identifier/contract number and description, period of performance, dollar amount, client name and current telephone number). References will be checked to validate the information provided. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose proposal is the Lowest Price. Please Note: Only the lowest priced offer will be evaluated. If the lowest priced offer is found not to be acceptable, then the next lowest priced offer will be evaluated. This process will continue until a acceptable offer ls identified; all offers may not be evaluated. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of the established criteria in the solicitation. The technical proposal shall address all of the evaluation factors listed below. Solicitation must consist of sufficient documentation to show evidence that the contractor meets ALL the requirements as specified below: 1. Lowest Price. 2. Construction Schedule 3. Past Performance The government will evaluate the proposal on the technical criteria as either ACCEPTABLE or UNACCEPTABLE. All three factors must be acceptable to be eligible for award.
