A company wishing to enter into a public construction work contract or subcontract with the City involving an expenditure equal to or greater than five (5) million dollars, including the expenditure resulting from any option provided for in the contract, must obtain from this authorization from the Autorité des marchés publics. The company that responds to this call for tenders must be authorized on the date of submission of its tender. In the case of a consortium, each company making it up must, on that date, be individually authorized. Only bids submitted by suppliers with an establishment located in Canada will be considered. Tenderers can obtain the results of the opening of tenders (names of tenderers and their respective prices) on SÉAO (1) as of the business day following that of the opening of tenders. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no liability with respect to the tenderer(s).
