Project consists of furnishing all labor and materials to complete the: Menifee County High School Minor Renovations Work is to be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents (plans, specifications, and addenda) as prepared by the Murphy Group Architects, PLLC. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in the best interest of the Owner. The bid opening will be public, and the contract will be with the Owner. Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Bond, or certified check made payable to Morgan County Board of Education. A 100% Performance and Payment Bond will be required upon execution of the contract. The bid must be submitted on the Form of Proposal located in the Project Manual. The Form of Proposal and Bid Bond shall be placed in the appropriate upload folder on the Lynn Imaging website. No bidder may withdraw their submitted bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the Bid Date. Bids received after the deadline will not be opened. The Project will be an occupied renovation, and has a scheduled Final Completion Date of March 1 2021. Please note, beginning dates are approximate dates, while completion dates are hard dates for substantial completion. Liquidated damages will be assessed at a rate of $200 / calendar day if the substantial completion date is not met.
