The scope of work for this project consists of site preparation, demolition, 2,073 sf remodel and construction of a new 5,859 sf addition. The estimated construction budget is $2,389,302.00. Taos Pueblo reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and/or cancel this request in its entirety The scope of work for this project consists of site preparation, demolition, 2073sf remodel and construction of a new 5859sf addition framed with steel studs and finished with two coat stucco system. The building shall be constructed with conventional framing and TPO roofing over rigid insulation. All windows and entrances shall be storefront. Additional construction materials shall include CMU Site walls, wood columns, interior metal stud framing, hollow metal and aluminum door frames, architectural interior casework, wall/floor and ceiling finishes to include porcelain tile, stained and integral stained concrete floors. Work includes mechanical/plumbing/and electrical systems, miscellaneous concrete work and new utility connections. All kitchen equipment shall be provided by contractor and installed by contractor. All FF&E shall be provided by and installed by Owner. All HVAC equipment associated with the kitchen and facility shall be installed by contractor.
