Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in St Petersburg, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 18,600-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
*As of October 2022, a construction manager has been awarded and the funding has been approved by the St Petersburg City Council. Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2022 and end in December 2023. All questions regarding this solicition shall be directed to Neal Jones, Procurement Analyst, at neal.jones@stpete.org or by online discussions, no later than NOON, Monday September 21, 2020. Each SOQ shall state it is valid for a period of not less than 120 days from date of receipt Shortlisting: October 13, 2020 (tentative) Interview: October 22, 2020 (tentative) Contract Negotiation: October 30, 2020 (tentative) City Council Approval and Award: December 10, 2020 The City reserves the right, at any time, to modify, waive or otherwise vary the terms and conditions of this RFQ including, but not limited to, the deadlines for submission and submission requirements. The City further reserves the right to reject any or all SOQ, to cancel or withdraw this RFQ at any time. Selection is dependent upon the negotiation of a mutually acceptable contract
