Further information is available online This project is located on the Duda portion of the Lake Apopka North Shore (LANS) property, which consists of four discernable quadrants that are surrounded and divided by levees and canals. The main objectives of this project include raising the internal levees, constructing new roads, and constructing water management features near the external levees and in- ternal levee intersection such as ditch bottom inlets, sumps, culverts, slide gates, and elevated walkways for maintenance access. The intersection of the internal levee is located at approximate GPS coordinates of latitude 28.69581, longitude -81.66698. The east and west portions of the property are within Orange County and Lake County, re- spectively. therefore a bid bond/guaranty is required.
