City of Easton hereby requests Bids for the following Work Collection and Transportation of the City of Eastons Residential Solid Waste & Recyclable Materials, together with all work incidental thereto, all as shown on the Contract Documents of same name. The major work consists of collecting and transporting residential solid waste and recyclable materials generated from approximately 8,000 residential units located within the City of Easton to properly certified facilities. All addendum notifications will be sent via email to all registered parties. Requests for information / clarifications and/or further information in connection with the Work will only be addressed if received at publicworks@easton-pa.gov on or before September 16, 2020 at 4:30 p.m., prevailing time. Any Bid which the Owner concludes fails to meet all material requirements of the Contract Documents will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The Owner reserves the right, when it is in its best interest to do so, to award the Contract Documents in whole or in part, to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all Bids. The Owner will not pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the bids.
