The corridor is along General Puller Highway, primarily in the median and a segment in paved highway, which belongs in the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) right-of way (ROW). A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid shall be submitted electronically with each Bid.The project site is located along General Puller Highway, starting near the intersection of C FEdwards Lane and General Puller Highway and continuing along General Puller Highway eastward to approximately 2788 General Puller Highway in Saluda, Virginia
